What this site collects
This is a static website. It does not set cookies, run analytics scripts, embed tracking pixels, or load third-party advertising. The only third-party request the site makes is to a web-font service to load the typefaces used on these pages; that service may log your IP address and browser information under its own privacy terms.
The acoustic and daylight planner
The Room Acoustic RT60 & Circadian Lux Planner on our home page runs entirely in your browser. The dimensions and finishes you enter are calculated locally and are never transmitted to the Studio or to any server. Nothing you enter is stored once you leave the page.
Email correspondence
If you write to us at [email protected] or [email protected], we retain your message and our reply for the purpose of responding to you and, where a project proceeds, as part of the project record. We do not share correspondence with third parties except consultants engaged on your project with your knowledge, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs containing IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user agent for security and capacity purposes. Logs are retained for no more than 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask that we delete correspondence that is not required for an active contract or legal obligation. Write to [email protected].
Children
This site is intended for adults commissioning residential work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post any revision to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
